Bells Shoes cannot be held responsible for any customs or duty changes made by a destination country outside of the European Union. All shipments from Bells Shoes will be declared to customs at order value. We understand that, especially when buying shoes, there is a possibility that you may need to return them. To help you with this, we have a 30 day returns policy for all orders; and for our UK customers, this is offered with free returns postage. All we ask is that the product is unworn, has only been tried on on carpeted surfaces and is in resaleable condition.
We check all orders that we dispatch for quality but we do understand that occasionally the odd order may slip through our stringent checks.

If you receive a faulty product or find the product to be faulty within the first 30 days of receipt, you should return the item to us using the below returns procedure. Please make sure to note that the product is faulty on the returns paperwork (it's helpful if you tell us what the fault is too!)
