RETURNS POLICY EXTENDED UNTIL 28TH JANUARY 2012 ON ALL PURCHASES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition by 28th January 2012 and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if requested.

If returning from within the UK for a refund you can use the prepaid returns label provided. This will incur a charge of £2.95 which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Alternatively you may pay your own postage at the time of posting in which case you will be refunded the full amount of your shoes. If you require an exchange there will be no additional postage costs.

If returning from outside the UK costs involved in returning a product are paid for by the customer at the time of posting. If you require an exchange this pair will then be sent out free of charge.

A prepaid address label, returns form and mailing bag are included in every order.
