If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if requested.
For UK customers returns are free of charge. Please use the pre-paid label provided.
If returning from outside the UK costs involved in returning a product are paid for by the customer at the time of posting. If you require an exchange this pair will then be sent out free of charge.
A prepaid address label, returns form and mailing bag are included in every order.
